Items Eligible for Return/Refund.
Items MUST BE un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached and free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains. Items MUST BE received within 15 days from the original purchase date.
Items Eligible for Store Credit.
Items MUST BE un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached and free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains. Items MUST BE received within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Can I Return a Sale Item?
Sale Items MUST BE Returned, or postmarked, no more than 3 days after original purchase. Items MUST BE un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached and free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
What if I try to Return something after the Return Window?
There will be NO Returns or Exchanges 30 Days after Purchase.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. Items will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
What if I get sent the wrong item?
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, This must be reported within 5 Days of Receiving your Items or they Cannot be Returned. Please contact us via Email info@shopsquireshop.com
How does the Return Process work?
Email us at info@shopsquireshop.com and let us know you will be Returning an item so we can be on the look out for it. Enclose a copy of your receipt, highlighting or circling which items you are returning & reason for Return.
Original Shipping Charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the Returned item, unless the wrong item was sent to you.
You will be issued a Refund within 3 days of us receiving your item.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Can I Exchange an Item I purchased Online?
Yes! Exchange Items MUST BE Returned, or postmarked, no more than 30 days after original purchase. Items MUST BE un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached and free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
Once we receive your item to the store, as long as the item you want to exchange for is still available, we will email you an invoice for shipping then we will ship you the new item. Shipping must be paid before we ship the new item.
