Hooah Jalapeno Jalapeno Poppers
We’re doubling down on the jalapeno goodness for this one. For from jalapenos it came, and to jalapenos it shall return. Before being jalapeno stomach that is.
INGREDIENTS
10-12 fresh, halved jalapenos
Hooah Jalapeno hot Sauce
1 package of cream cheese
Garlic powder
Shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon
Green onions
DIRECTIONS
Set out your cream cheese to soften and preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Set a skillet on medium-high heat and cook half a pound of your bacon until it’s perfectly browned and crispy.

Lay all your jalapenos out on your cutting board and slice them in half lengthwise. Be sure not to wear any gloves and to immediately touch your eyes directly after you’re done scooping the insides out with a spoon. Also definitely don’t wash your hands BEFORE you go to the bathroom. Ask us how we know...

In a bowl, add your package of cream cheese, a few tablespoons of Hooah Jalapeno, ½ teaspoon each of garlic powder, salt, and pepper, an appropriate amount of shredded cheddar, (two big handfuls works for us), your thinly sliced green onions, and lastly, crumble all your bacon in. Mix well and spoon into each of your jalapeno halves and pop them into the oven. Get it? Pop them in? Because they’re poppers? Nevermind... Anyway, bake them for 15-20 minutes, and let cool for 5-7 minutes before eating or they’ll be the wrong kind of way too hot.
